This activity requires a minimum of 10 passengers. If you reserve your sunset cruise within 48 hours of the departure and you don't meet the minimum passenger requirement, please get in touch with us via phone at (305) 424-1474 between the hours of 9 AM to 6 PM . We'll provide you with an update regarding the passenger count, and then we'll do our best to meet the minimum requirement.

REFUND POLICY
We refund 100% of your money if:
*51% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period)
based on Miami Beach as a location.
*Winds 21 mph or higher on the day of the rental.
*In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.

- As per our bareboat charter procedures, we're required to provide you with captain options. Once you've chosen a captain, it's your responsibility as the "Charterer" (the person renting the boat) to cover the captain's fee separately from the sailor's fee.
* Billed total is paid on the day of the trip.
* Minimum rental must be at least 4 hours.
* It is important to remember that the price of the tip is not included in your offer and must be paid the same day of your trip before boarding.
*Captains receive Zelle, (Venmo, Cash App at 4%) or cash, credit cards also accepted at 4%
