Snorkelling Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

South Florida is a snorkeler's paradise and a divers heaven. We will embark on an expedition to take you on a 90 minute in-depth exploration of a section of beautiful South Florida reef.



Lying at the southwest bottom corner of the State, South Florida has a giant barrier reef stretching past it from the Dry Tortugas up through Port St. Lucie. The reef is harboring more species of marine life than any similar-sized area in the world, South Florida is one of the best snorkeling sites on the planet.



The abundance and diversity of our reef marine life, its shallow water accessibility and excellent visibility reveal a dazzling array of rainbow-colored fish, sponges, and breathtaking corals. The scenery above water is equally spectacular.



From our base in Fort Lauderdale we take easy 90 minute snorkeling trips in Lauderdale by the Sea. Our naturalist accompanies you on all excursions,
providing information on coral reef life, marine ecology, and the natural and cultural history of South Florida. Our itinerary includes spectacular snorkeling and marine life explorations, as well as leisurely beach walks.
