The Experience Step-by-Step
- On-land Eco-Interpretation: Upon arriving at the Islet, your certified nature guide will give an insightful presentation on land about the unique geology of the volcano, the history of the reserve, and the protected bird species that nest here.
- Snorkeling Briefing: Before entering the water, the guides will provide a thorough safety and technique briefing, adjust your equipment, and explain how to respectfully observe the marine life.
- In-Water Guiding: Enjoy an immersive snorkeling session inside the crater, fully supported by our team.


Group Size and Safety
- Groups of up to 16 participants are accompanied by multiple certified nature guides.
- Our guides will be in the water with the group at all times to provide assistance, ensure safety, and share local knowledge about the marine ecosystem.

Requirements and Restrictions
- Knowing how to swim is mandatory for all participants.
- The minimum recommended age for this activity is 6 years old.
- Wetsuits are not provided, as the lagoon water temperature during the season is comfortable for swimming with regular swimwear.

- Swimsuit and a towel.
- Reef-safe or biodegradable sunscreen to help protect the nature reserve.
- Water and a light snack for after the activity.

- The total duration of the activity is approximately 2 hours, including boat transfers, the on-land guided tour, the briefing, and the snorkeling session.
