10:00am – Pick-up from Hobart

Your private driver (and whisky-loving host) will scoop you
up from your accommodation. The vibe? Great music, terrible singing (optional),

10:45am – Arrive at Old Kempton Distillery

Travel time: ~45 minutes
Welcome to one of Tasmania’s most iconic whisky destinations. Set in a
beautifully restored 1840s coaching inn, Old Kempton Distillery is where
old-world charm meets award-winning spirits.
11:00am Distillery Tour – Go behind the scenes and learn how their
small-batch whiskies are crafted
Guided tasting of their signature releases
Lunch included at the cellar door café – think seasonal Tasmanian
produce and hearty country fare

1:15pm – Depart for Killara Distillery

Travel time: ~40minutes
Tucked away in the rolling hills near Richmond, Killara Distillery is
run by Kristy Booth-Lark — Australia’s first female distiller to own and run
her own distillery (and daughter of whisky royalty, Bill Lark).
Taste boutique, small-batch whiskies and gins
Learn about Kristy’s unique approach to distilling and her family’s legacy in
the Tasmanian whisky scene

3:00pm – Depart for Sullivans Cove Distillery

Travel time: ~25 minutes
Time to finish with a flourish. Sullivans Cove is home to the whisky
that put Australia on the global map — literally, with their French Oak
Cask winning the title of World’s Best Single Malt.
Enjoy a premium whisky tasting experience (included)
Soak up the quiet atmosphere of this tucked-away gem
Snap a selfie with the barrels – because why not?

4:30pm – Depart for Hobart

Travel time: ~25 minutes
We’ll drop you back at your accommodation with full bellies, happy hearts, and
maybe a bottle or two tucked under your arm. Expect some smooth tunes and
terrible car-a-oke on the way home (no judgement, just vibes).
