This adrenalin-soaked adventure sport gives you the chance to explore some of Wales's most spectacular canyons and waterfalls, by braving the water and fighting your way upstream. Your full day session starts with a short transfer to the stretch of river that you'll be exploring, but once you've been fully briefed and changed into your wetsuit it's time to get the action under way! As you work your way along the river you'll have to scramble over rocks, dive into plunge pools and swim through stretches of icy water. So get ready to conquer gorges, canyons and waterfalls by any means possible! Important information:

Wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, waterproof top are provided. Customers need to take a towel and old pair of trainers or walking boots to wear into the water, and light clothes to wear under the wetsuit like swimwear or shorts/vest. Take another pair of shoes that stay dry and warm clothes to put on afterwards.

Packed Lunches are available to buy at £6.50 per person. This is recommended as it is a long day without food, although there is a McDonalds near the gorge).
