When you experience one of our amazing adventures in Gartmore, you’ll be joined by our qualified instructors who will be on hand to provide a full safety briefing, expert guidance, in addition to all the equipment that’s required to participate.

There’s no need to bring anything along to take part in your chosen activity – you’ll be kitted out with all of the necessary equipment on arrival, and our qualified instructors will be on hand throughout to provide their expert guidance. We also have on-site toilets and car parking spaces available.

Rock Climbing & Abseiling

This half day climbing and abseiling session will have you traveling to one of our local crags. Once there, we will start with a warm up while one member of staff sets up with the climb and abseil ropes. We will show how to correctly fit your harness and helmet before taking it in turns to climb our crag. You will learn different climbing techniques before finishing with some abseiling.
