3 day Macs Meander Alice Springs to Ayers Rock / Uluru Tours – Via MacDonnell ranges, Hermannsburg, Kings Canyon to Uluru

Day 1 - Departs Alice Springs 8 am, includes Simpson Gap walk, Hermannsburg Mission, Palm Valley (3 hrs return with 1 hour walk & lunch), Glen Helen Resort overnight.

Day 2 - Ochre Pits walk, Ormiston Gorge walk, lunch at Tyler’s Pass overlooking Gosse Bluff meteorite crater. Drive into the crater & 40 mins walk. Travel the Mereenie Loop 4WD track via Camels Humps to George Gill Ranges lookout then Kings Canyon Resort for overnight.


Day 3 – Early start for Kings Canyon 6 km rim walk (3-4 hours) or easier 40 mins valley floor walk. Lunch at Kings Canyon before highway cruise through scenic desert oaks & sand hills to Uluru and Yulara resort. Includes all meals except 1 at Glen Helen (restaurant), plus National Park entry fees. Optional sunset viewing between Uluru & Kata Tjuta , so you see whole landscape and both landmarks. Ie 3 day tour does not include entry to Uluru NP or time for Uluru sunset or sunrise, but includes extra time for Palm Valley, Hermannsburg & MacDonnell Ranges. Ends at Yulara Resort / Uluru 3rd evening 6pm then own accommodation arrangement.
