The waters of the rapids converge, causing them to spin in a counterclockwise motion. At this time, we drop off guests at the Helipad (if they have selected the Helicopter Tour Add-On). For ToNiagara Private Tours, if you need to change or cancel your tour date, please contact ToNiagara by phone or email. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours ahead, no refund will be given.

It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be provided. ToNiagara will inform you of the pickup time and location via email.

In the event that the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund to your credit card or the original method of payment.
