Yahava is a well-loved, local WA company that sources coffee beans from all around the globe. They offer a range of different coffees for you to try on their tasting benches, and an expert will walk you through the options while explaining how each cup is brewed - you can even watch the beans being freshly roasted right in front of you while you indulge in the sweeter side of coffee.
Mammoth Cave:
The highlight of our Margaret River discovery tour is definitely visiting Mammoth Cave - this is a large limestone cave 21km' s south of Margaret River township in south-western Western Australia. It lies within the Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park and is surrounded by marri and karri forest. Tours are self-guided with an audio-set.
Vasse Felix :
For our premium tour, we stop at only the most highly regarded wineries in Margaret River, so of course we have to visit Vasse Felix -Margaret River’s founding wine estate. Vasse Felix was established in 1967, and their expert winemakers strive to produce wines that express the very best of the region. Margaret River’s isolation and maritime influence make it the perfect environment to create Vasse Felix specialties, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blends. On our tour, we will stop at Vasse Felix for some wine tastings, followed by a gourmet three-course lunch at their chef-hatted restaurant. Just relax and take in the serenity of the surrounding vineyard setting, while tucking into their indulgent cuisine, and enjoying two glasses of included premium wine.

To kick-start the discovery part of our journey, we will be exploring Mammoth Cave - self guided with an audio-set.
McHenry Hohnen:
McHenry Hohnen, where you can appreciate the sustainable, eco-friendly practices while tasting the fruitful results of minimal intervention.
Vasse Felix:
You will spend a relaxing couple of hours enjoying seated wine tasting a three-course lunch accompanied with two glasses of wine paired with your meal.
Margaret River Chocolate Factory:
After all this excitement, you will probably be ready for something sweet, and Margaret River Chocolate Factory’s range of award-winning gourmet chocolates are the best choice.
Vasse Virgin:

Begin your trip with a visit to Yahava Koffeeworks in Margaret River for an energising start. This local WA company sources coffee beans globally and offers various coffees to sample at their tasting benches, with experts guiding you through each brew. McHenry Hohnen:
Our southernmost, certified biodynamic vineyard benefits from the cooling influences of the Southern Ocean, a northerly aspect, ample sunlight, and well-drained ironstone gravel loam soil. Situated at the headwaters of Chapman Brook near Witchcliffe, in the southern part of the Margaret River region, the vineyard features vines growing on north-facing slopes with ironstone gravel over a robust clay base that ensures excellent drainage and supports healthy, vigorous growth. Hazel’s Vineyard is central to our portfolio, featuring plantings of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, Grenache, Petit Verdot, and Mataro. McHenry Hohnen’s winemaking facility is based at Hazel’s Vineyard.

Peacetree is a small boutique wine producer based in the heart of Cowaramup, family owned and run since 1995. The name Peacetree originates from the Estate vineyard in Wilyabrup which was originally a small olive grove. Sam Tucker, third generation, is continuing the label and wines that many have come to love.

Our Dolphin Eco-Cruise takes you for 60-90 minutes into Koombana Bay and the local waterways, the home of the Bunbury Bottle nose Dolphins with a population of 100-200 animals. Dolphins guaranteed or you go again for free on the next available tour. Our vessels provide an excellent viewing platform designed to get you as close as possible to the dolphins – without getting your feet wet! The team will introduce you to the Bottle nose Dolphins as they interact in their natural environment. They can be seen frolicking, playing, sleeping and feeding during the cruise. The informative commentary from the skipper will keep you updated throughout.
Busselton Jetty Train & Underwater Observatory:
We'll stop in Busselton, a beachside town known for the iconic Busselton Jetty - the southern hemisphere's longest wooden jetty—stretching into Geographe Bay. We'll take the red jetty train to the end for panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and sandy beaches, then visit the Underwater Observatory to see Australia's top artificial reef, with vibrant corals, sponges, and over 300 marine species.

To make the visit to WA super convenient, we will pick you up right from your accommodation in Perth, and then head down south
towards Margaret River.

To break up the journey from Perth, we will make a stop in Bunbury, visiting the Dolphin Interpretive Centre, enjoy a light
lunch before relaxing on a Dolphin Eco Cruise on Koombana bay.
Busselton Jetty Train & Underwater Discovery Tour:
The next stop is Busselton, where we will take the jetty train to the end of the Busselton Jetty, and head down into the Underwater
Discovery Centre for a viewing of the beautiful marine life.

They specialize in using small, intensely flavoured grapes, which create deeper, richer wines. Observe the wine-making processes, tour the barrel room and learn more about the history of the winery from their trusted experts.
Nookery Cafe @ Woody Nook Wines:
Lunch we head to the Nookery Cafe at Woody Nook Wines for a two-course feast and glass of wine. After lunch enjoy a seated wine tasting in the gallery.
