Start with a nice walk through one of the historic and traditional bazaars of Istanbul and learn how to prepare real Turkish food at a boutique cooking school with a friendly workshop atmosphere in smaller groups.
In this chef-led class, cook your way through authentic Ottoman recipes once prepared for mighty sultans. Trace the roots of Turkish cuisine and learn about Turkish history, social life, and traditions. After cooking a 5-course lunch including classics of Ottoman cuisine and favorites of traditional Turkish homes, enjoy your freshly prepared meal with refreshing drinks and Turkish coffee.
