Start your morning off right with a sunrise hike on the East Side of Oahu!
Makapu'u Lighthouse Trail (Easy)

This is a paved 2.5 mile hike for all ages. Between November and May, this trail is an excellent place to view migrating humpback whales. On a clear day, you may even see the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai!

After you complete your hike, we will stop by the Halona Blowhole and Sandy Beach for some photo opportunities before taking you back to Waikiki.



【Itinerary】
Pick up: Waikiki / Kahala (1 hour 30 mins before the sunrise)
(1) Sunrise Hike at Makapu'u Lighthouse Trail (2hours)
Hike up the Makapuu Lighthouse Trail for one of the best views of the sunrise on the island.
(2) Halona Blowhole
Enjoy the views of the the Halona Blowhole as it sprays out water from the Pacific Ocean as well as the Halona Cove, which is a small secluded beach often used in movies.
(3) Sandy Beach
Stop by at the iconic Sandy Beach and watch bodyboarders ride the powerful waves that break near the shoreline.
Drop off: Waikiki / Kahala

ダイヤモンドヘッド頂上から朝のワイキキを一望
ハワイに訪れたら一度は登りたいダイヤモンドヘッド。弊社のダイヤモンドヘッドツアーにご予約いただいたお客様は、予約手配サービス・入場料も込みとなり、煩わしい予約手続き不要。また、暑くなる前の早朝ハイキングへご案内いたします。頂上までは片道1.1km。途中、未塗装の石の道、トンネルや階段がありますが、手すりも整備されているので、幅広い年代の方が楽しめるハイキングコースです。頂上から見渡す360度パノラマはまさに絶景。ワイキキビーチやワイキキの街並みから、山側、そしてオアフ島東部などハワイらしく美しい景観を楽しめます。

・頂上まで塗装された坂道、未塗装の石の道、トンネル、階段あり

ハワイでは、”レアヒ”と呼ばれ、 戦時中には米軍の軍事施設としても使用されていた歴史ある場所でもあります。山頂からの、ワイキキビーチと市内のホテルを見渡す大パノラマを背景に撮った記念写真は、旅の思い出の１つとなるでしょう。

ハワイで美しい日の出を見に行きませんか

早朝、薄暗い中から始まるハイキング。徐々に明るく色づいていく海の表情の変化も楽しみながら、最後は頂上の展望台で見渡す限りの水平線から昇ってくる日の出を拝みます。標高150m、頂上までアスファルトできれいに舗装されている片道約2㎞のトレッキングコースは傾斜もゆるやかで、ベビーカーや小さな子ども連れにもおすすめです。
マカプウハイキング後は、東海岸のプチ観光へご案内。何千年も前に、火山噴火によって作られた溶岩に打ち寄せる波によって岩から潮が吹く、ハロナ潮吹き岩とボディボードに最適な高い波が立つことで有名なサンディービーチ。写真スポットとしても人気な2か所に立ち寄ります。


【マカプウ岬(Makapu'u Lighthouse Trail)】

・アスファルトで舗装されているコース
・冬の時期には、クジラウオッチングとしても有名な場所
・頂上からは、ラビットアイランドやカイルア沿岸の東側の海の景色を楽しめます！

(1)マカプウ岬ハイキング（約1時間45分～2時間）
マカプウ・ポイントへ向かうハイキングコースは、歩きながら360度、どこを見渡しても絶景。海の色は、一度見たら忘れることができない美しいブルーのグラデーション！どこまでも続く水平線上には、天気がよければラナイ島、モロカイ島、マウイ島が見えます。冬の時期には、クジラウオッチングとしても有名な場所です。
(2)ハロナ潮吹き岩　（約15分）
ハワイの天然潮吹き岩。波の強さによっては、岩の隙間から10m程の潮が吹き上がる日もあります。岸壁に打ち付け、潮が吹きあがる大迫力の景色をお楽しみください。
(3)サンディービーチ　（約15分）
白い砂浜が約500mに渡って続いているサンディービーチ。沖合からは大きな波が押し寄せ、波打ち際のすぐ近くでブレイクするので、オアフ島でも有数のボディボードのポイントです。

From Waikiki to the North Shore - this tour provides you with the best "Taste of Hawaii" all in one day.
Take advantage of the small group setting and ask our local driver more about Hawaiian culture and some of the hidden gems on the island! You start off the day hiking the famous Diamond Head Crater and will see panoramic views of Waikiki. After the hike, you can relax in the air conditioning as we drive up to the North Shore along the East side of the island, viewing all the top sightseeing spots along the way.

(1) Diamond Head Crater Hike
Hike up Diamond Head Crater and enjoy the panoramic and aerial view of Waikiki.
(2) Halona Blowhole
Enjoy the views of the the Halona Blowhole as it sprays out water from the Pacific Ocean as well as the Halona Cove, which is a small secluded beach often used in movies.
(3) Tropical Farms Macadamia Nut Farms
The Macadamia nuts are locally grown and produced on this farm - they offer samples in which can purchase them directly if you find anything you like.
(4) Kualoa Regional Beach Park
A perfect spot for a picture opportunity as well as enjoying the scenery of the view of Chinaman's Hat and mountains behind the beach.
(5) Lunch at the Kahuku Sugar Mill
Choose from a vast selection of lunch options at the Kahuku Sugar Mill Food Trucks. (Giovanni's Shrimp - Shrimp Scampi, Mike's - Huli Huli Chicken, Seven Brothers - Paniolo Burger, the Da Bald Guy - Braised Short Rib, Chef Kale - Lobster Dog and Vegan/Vegetarian meal) *cost of lunch is not included
(6) Kuilima Fruit Stand
Explore the roadside Farm Stand. They provide farm-fresh goods such as Papaya, Dragon Fruit, Coconut, Apple Banana and other fruits and veggies as well.
(7) Sunset Beach
Enjoy the breathtaking views of the famous Sunset Beach. In the winter time, you can watch big-wave surfing with swells up to 30 feet tall, along with the world's premier surfing competitions.
(8) Dole Plantation
Try some of the famous Dole Whip (Pineapple Soft Cream) as well do some shopping and enjoy the sights of the Dole Plantation.

Diamond Head Crater started a new reservation system on May 12th 2022. In order to help preserve the land in our national landmark, a reservation has been made in order to stop the overcrowding of this spectacular hiking trail. The reservation system will allow for reservations to be made 30 days in advance. If we are unable to secure reservations, then we will offer a different hiking spot to go to or full cancellation. Diamond Head trail is for beginners. However, it is not recommended to participate if you meet any of the following conditions; heart disease, respiratory disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, anemia, feeling of unwellness and small children. Our Driver will not be with on the Hiking Portion of the Tour. Please be advised that the tour schedule and tour content are subject to change without notification by the driver's judgement due to inclement weather and traffic conditions. Please do not leave your luggage in a car. Due to the winter surfing season, there is a possibility that we will not be able to stop by Sunset Beach due to the heavy amount of Traffic. We will try to stop by another beach nearby if we are unable to go to Sunset Beach. You cannot participate in any activities such as train, tour, maze at Dole Plantation.
