Ride: Gorge Day Shuttle Pass
Gorge Shuttles:
Book a day at the Gorge. Shuttles run from 8.30am and the last shuttle up is at 3pm. Do as many (or few) laps as you like.
The Gorge is 70% Grade 3 & 4 and 30% Grade 5 & 6.
Dog and family friendly.
By booking The Gorge product, you are accepting all risks associated with the activity as per T&C We Provide :
70km of hand-built single track!!
Numbered trail routes to help with navigation.
A day lodge that can be used for lunch and a coffee (provided)
We will give you a radio to keep you informed and in touch when riding. (Not everyone will get a radio. We prefer that each bunch of riders has a radio) Please bring:
Bring your Bike, gloves, knee, elbow protection and helmet (full face recommended)
Snacks and lunch.
Check the weather before you come and choose the appropriate clothing – raincoat if it is wet and a warm jacket if it’s cold. The top of the Gorge is high and it gets cold, so come prepared . Restrictions
No Smoking or vaping.
The youth is 17yrs and under, accompanied by an adult.

Stay: Barry's Bunkhouse
Barry’s bunkhouse is perfect for larger groups of up to 14.
Just roll out the door to your waiting shuttle!
4 x Bunk Rooms that sleep 3 plus a twin room.
With hot showers, full kitchen, lounge facilities, toilets, electricity, BBQ, fire pit and
heating.
You will need to bring :
Your own food
Pillow case and sleeping bag.
There is no linen or pillow cases supplied !!
Please note, after hours access is only possible in case of emergency. Check-in
is 4.00pm, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
On the day of departure, the bunkhouse must be left very clean and vacated before you leave or begin riding for the day.

Welcome to Gibbs Lodge! We assume you will arrive at 8am,
ready to ride and then stay. If you need to make other arrangements, please let
us know.
Important: The person booking
must be a Nelson MTB Club member.
Gibbs Lodge Features:

- Linen and towels are included.
- Enjoy a comfortable lounge space with a large dining table that can be pulled
out onto the deck for summer evening dining with a view. On cooler nights,
crank the heating to stay cosy. When it's time to leave, you have a 70km
network of single track literally on your doorstep!
Rooms:
- 2 x Double
- 3 x Twin
Shuttle Service:
Arrive at 8am, and we will take you to the top with your bikes and gear. Settle in and
use your private shuttles for the day. We will drop you to the top once you're
done riding. The next morning, we will meet you after breakfast to load your
gear, then you will ride down to your cars.
You can add an extra day of riding if you like. Just book
a second shuttle day.
Remember: Gibbs Lodge is
located across a river and at the top of the mountain. You will need to pack
your gear and food in a way that allows you to carry it a short distance (200m)
to the shuttle and then pack it on the shuttle truck. The kitchen has basic
condiments, similar to a motel, so bring what you need!
