Spirit School
Our Spirit School is the ultimate hands-on experience — step into the role of head distiller and create your own bespoke spirit in an interactive, small-group setting.

Perfect for the spirit-curious, this three-hour session is run in pairs or trios and includes:

• A guided overview of distilling history and techniques

• Access to a wide selection of botanicals sourced locally and internationally

• Use of our custom-built miniature stills to craft your own spirit

• Expert guidance through the process of blending your ‘cuts’ into a final product

• A hand-filled, hand-labeled 500ml ceramic bottle of your creation to take home

Tickets

• Twin Ticket: Two people sharing one still. Each takes home 1 x 500ml bottle.

• Triple Ticket: Three people sharing one still. Each takes home 1 x 500ml bottle (must be bottled at 42% ABV).

You’re welcome to purchase food or drinks during the session — our friendly bar team will be on hand to assist.
We also recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the start of your class.

Important Note
To run Spirit School, we require a minimum of 3 tickets to be purchased. If this minimum is not met, we may be required to reschedule the session.

Booking Terms

• Cancellations & Reschedules:
  You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 7 days prior to the class for a full refund or no-fee change.
  Changes requested within 7 days will incur a $50 per person rescheduling fee, and cancellations are non-refundable.
  No-shows will forfeit the full amount paid.

• Ticket Delivery:
  Your confirmation email will include a QR code — please present this on arrival for check-in.

• Age Restrictions:
  All participants must be 18+. Unfortunately, minors cannot attend or accompany guests.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol:
  Earp Distilling Co. practices responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone behaving inappropriately or in breach of RSA guidelines.
