Itinerary
Croatia's National Parks Yoga & Yacht Tour
Trogir - Trogir
Day One — Primošten
We suggest you arrive as early as possible in Trogir to give yourself some time to explore this lovely port town on your own. Reminiscent of Venice, you could spend hours exploring — but do make sure you find our boat at the pier before you start to wander. After check-in at 11am, our motorized yacht will take you on the first little cruise from Trogir to Primošten, an old town situated on a small peninsula, our home for the night. Today we will get our first YOGA Session in and still have some time for swimming before dinner.
Day Two — Murter and Ugljan Islands
A morning sail will bring you to the island of Murter for our great first full day. With multiple YOGA sessions to select, the boat will dock in a quiet bay, perfect for an optional bike, hike or morning swim break. In the afternoon, we cruise to our next island Ugljan. We will spend our second night in a small village on the island Ugljan.
Day Three — Ugljan Island
Today’s day is a very gentle and quiet one on the island of Ugljan. You will enjoy your YOGA sessions and breakfast, then we will sail to a local village, where you can enjoy an optional hike or bike before being back on our boat for lunch. The afternoon is reserved for another YOGA session, swimming and relaxing. Afterwards, we sail to Zadar, a historical town inhabited since prehistoric times. This glorious town will charm you with its narrow streets and well-preserved history. There will be a professional city guided tour, after which you are on your own to explore and have dinner.
Day Four — Molat and Dugi Otok Islands
Today’s sail takes us to the island of Molat. You will have YOGA, Cycling and hiking options. They call Molat the flower island because it’s home to hundreds of different plants that grow as far as the eye can see. With only a few hundred inhabitants, fewer cars and no police, time feels as if it has stopped on this island. With lunch we sail to Dugi Otok for our second island and YOGA sessions of the day, which brings us to the southern part of the island finishing in the beautiful nature park of Telašćica
Day Five — Dugi Otok
After breakfast, there is time to hike and explore the nature park of Telašćica, when we will leave at 10am for Kornati. In the afternoon, we sail through Kornati National Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Croatia and home to around 150 islands in an area of 300 square km. The crystal clear water and beauty of the islands will inspire many photos. We sail to the town of Vodice on the mainland for the night.
Day Six — Vodice and Skradin
Today’s sessions will show you another side of the country. With breakfast, we will sail to Skradin with a possible swim stop. With lunch on the boat we will arrive in Skradin, afterwards, you will visit the Krka National Park, home to a series of cascading waterfalls. After your visit to the park, our boat sails on the Krka River to Šibenik and spends the night in this UNESCO historical town, where you will get a chance to stroll around and have dinner out.
Day Seven — Rogoznica
In the morning, we sail to Rogoznica and experience our last YOGA sessions of the week, as well as an optional bike and hike to visit the Dragon’s Eye Lake. Once back on the boat, we sail to Trogir, another UNESCO World Heritage site, with a possible swim stop and a professionally guided tour of the Old Town of Trogir.
Day Eight — Trogir
You will enjoy a final breakfast on the boat, while reminiscing about the week’s adventures. If your journey has you exploring more of this country, let us know and we can help suggest itinerary ideas.

Trogir - Dubrovnik
Day One—Trogir-Šolta Island
We suggest you arrive as early as possible in Trogir to give yourself some time to explore this lovely port town on your own. Reminiscent of Venice, you could spend hours exploring — but do make sure you find our boat at the pier before you start to wander! After check-in at 11am, our motorized boat will take you on the week’s first cruise from Trogir to the island of Šolta. We will then either cycle or shuttle to visit our Beekeeper and his farm. We’ll continue our first day of yoga as we cruise by a coastline lined with walled olives and fig groves, fields of lavender and rosemary as we make our way to our destination for the night.
Day Two—Hvar Island
This morning we are on the island of Hvar, the sunniest island in the Adriatic. We stay overnight in the town of Hvar, which has become a mecca for artists and artisans — and has a thriving port life while highlighting centuries of historic importance. With planned Yoga, walking or cycling, this day’s experience on Hvar will be memorable, ending with your free night to explore and dine in the City the Hvar.
Day Three—Vis Island
The island furthest from the mainland, Vis is venerable. More than 2,300 years ago the Greek colony of Issa flourished here. Due to its strategic location, as part of Yugoslavia and Croatia, Vis was a military zone until 1995 and prohibited for foreign tourists. Today we have the opportunity to see its gentle beauty. We have a planned tour to Komiza to experience the old fishing village with a wine tasting option on the way back to the boat. We will then sail with lunch towards the island of Lastovo, with a possible swimming stop.
Day Four—Lastovo and Korčula
After breakfast we will explore Lastovo by YOGA, By Bicycle and By Hiking, exploring vineyards that produce grapes for the yellow-golden white wine Marastina, which is now garnering a reputation in international wine circles. Lastovo is one of the Adriatic’s smallest inhabited islands. It was a favourite of the emperor Augustus, who appreciated its mild climate so much that he named it after himself (Augusta Insula). The islanders, barely 1,000 souls, fish the teeming waters, although agriculture and wine production are also important. After YOGA, Biking or hiking, we will enjoy some swimming and then the boat takes us to the island of Korčula, where we will spend the night in Vela Luka, where we will all have dinner out on the town for a night on your own to explore.
Day Five —Korčula
After breakfast we will enjoy the town of Vela Luka, with an optional hike or bike, before saling to the town of Korčula. On the way to Korcula, you will be seduced by the lush, fragrant gardens seen along the route with towering cypresses dominating and creating an incredibly beautiful landscape, with a possible swim stop. Afterwards, time permitting, an optional hike to the top overlooking the town of Korčula, the birthplace of Marco Polo. Tonight, you’ll enjoy a professionally guided city tour and local dinner of your choosing in Korcula town.
Day Six — Mljet and Šipan
During breakfast we cruise to the green island of Mljet — known as the most wooded island in the Mediterranean. Homer mentioned this lovely island in his epic poem The Odyssey. After breakfast, we will have a visit to the National Park Mijet, with its 2 beautiful salt lakes. This may be walked or cycled. From the small port of Pomena we will sail to the island of Šipan for the night. It is here that Dubrovnik’s noble citizens built their villas so many years ago.
Day Seven — Šipan and Dubrovnik
This morning a quiet and pleasant choice of YOGA, and or biking / strolling. option. And then, it is back on the boat for a short crossing to Dubrovnik. We have a city tour planned for you this afternoon before setting you loose on this town — the Pearl of the Adriatic. And you’ll enjoy a special night to celebrate our week together with our crew, instructors and tour guides back on the boat.
Day Eight — Dubrovnik
After our last breakfast together you will begin your journey homeward or beyond. We will be sad to see you go, but happy to have made new friends, and renewed the bonds of friendship with old companions.
