Join us on a guided 4-mile round-trip kayak tour through Black Canyon to the Emerald Cave, launching from Kayak Beach at Willow Beach Marina.

After meeting your guide at Kayak Beach, you’ll get fitted with your kayak, paddle, and life vest before heading out onto the Colorado River. As you paddle through the canyon toward the Emerald Cave, keep an eye out for bighorn sheep along the shoreline or bald eagles overhead. Along the way, your guide will share the history of the river, including its role in early exploration and the construction of Hoover Dam.

You’ll make stops along the route to take in the views, including a short stop at a scenic overlook.

The highlight of the tour is reaching the Emerald Cave, where you’ll have time to take photos of the glowing green water before paddling back to Willow Beach.
