Our cocktail class is an engaging, hands-on experience where you'll be guided through the process of tasting our award winning Gallivanter Gin and Vansetter Vodka before choosing from an assortment of fresh ingredients, which you'll then use to create two of your very own signature cocktails.
The afternoon will start with a tour of our active distillery, before being shown to our private mezzanine bar, where your shaking and stirring skills will be put to the test! This experience is the perfect way to spend an afternoon with family and friends, or a great team bonding activity for you and your work colleagues.

At Itinerant Spirits, the journey is as important as the destination. Our Spirits Explorer Session presents an opportunity to discover not only our award winning spirits, but the origins of the raw ingredients that we source from across Western Victoria, and the unique methods we use to distil our spirits.
Our ingredients include hand-foraged botanicals from the Grampians, grains harvested from the Mallee and Wimmera regions which are then malted right here in Ballarat, as well as volcanic water to proof all of our spirits sourced from a spring only 20 minutes from our distillery door.
Join us as we guide you through our copper stills, learn about our on-grains distilling method, and taste our spirits directly from the source.
