Abseiling Adventure - Full Day
Abseiling, or rappelling as it known in some parts of the world, is
an adventure activity which involves going down a rope, usually on a
cliff or waterfall. It is fairly easy to learn the techniques, with most people picking up the skills in a few hours.You just need a good head for heights and a sense of adventure to take on bigger abseils!
The activity involves walking down a cliff face backwards, using a
harness to support your body. You walk and feed out rope until your feet
leave the rock face, or you jump away from the rock and descend more quickly. You continue to
feed out rope until you reach the ground with a big smile on your dial.
