**Swimming/Beach Stops:**
To maximize time on the water, swimming or sandbar stops are only included in cruises that are 3 hours or longer.
Standard Weather Policy (Included with All Bookings)
We closely monitor weather conditions and always prioritize safety. If LowCountry Coastal Excursions cancels your trip due to weather-related conditions, your payment will be credited toward a future trip within the next 12 months.
**What qualifies as weather cancellation:**
- Sustained thunderstorms or active lightning in the area
- High winds, especially if Small Craft Advisories are issued
- Heavy or persistent rain that significantly affects visibility, safety, or enjoyment
**What does not qualify:**
- Forecasts showing “chance of rain” or light, passing showers
- Cloudy or overcast skies
- Temperatures outside your personal comfort range Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15+ days before the charter receive a 100% refund.
Inside of 15 days, we do not issue refunds unless we cancel due to weather and the optional weather policy was purchased at checkout. Damage Policy
We pride ourselves on maintaining our vessels in top condition. While we don’t charge a damage deposit, any permanent damage caused by guests (to upholstery, fiberglass, railings, mats, etc.) will be billed to the booking party.

Children 5 and under are free of charge, but they still count toward the boat’s total passenger limit due to U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
