What To Expect:
Craft two 180g/33-hour soy candles, even if you've never made them before – our expert guides you every step of the way.
Kick off with a complimentary glass of bubbly or juice – because every creative journey deserves a sparkle!
Bring your excitement – we've got aprons and even a kitchen to chill your favourite BYO drinks or snacks.

What's on the agenda:
Discover why soy wax is the coolest. And why we only use phthalate free fragrances. Master wick charts and perfect container candles. Learn fragrance ratio secrets for candles that smell fantastic. Get essential safety tips with clear, step-by-step guidance. Explore the fascinating science and tools of candle making. Enjoy a Q+A session to feed your curiosity! Choose your preferred glass colour, dye, and favourite scents on the big day – Watermelon, Vanilla Bean, Salted Caramel, and more! By the end of the 90-minute class, hold two eco-friendly candles crafted by you! Instructions in a DIY booklet.

Venue:

A space bathed in abundant natural light and lofty ceilings nestled in the heart of Mornington's commercial district, as well as an inviting outdoor area. A few doors up from Commonfolk Coffee cafe. Small carpark on site and street parking.
Accessibility:
Ground floor with roller door access . Ground floor toilets – width may vary for wheelchairs. Cafe next door has fully accessible bathroom.
Minimums:


We need at least 10 crafters to make the party happen. In the unlikely event that this does not occur, we'll offer you another date.

Ticket Options:


Basic Ticket:
Make 2 x Medium Candles - 180g capacity per candle (33 hours) - That's around 66 hours total of burn time combined. You'll have all the gear and guidance you need to whip up 2 awesome candles on the day to take home.


Combo Ticket :
Everything you need to make the two 180g candles in class plus receive a separate candle making kit to go, which includes materials to continue your candle making journey at home (enough to make two more soy container candles). This combo ticket hooks you up with a 10% discount on the kit for the workshop day only. We bring only the correct pre-ordered amount of candle making kits ordered to the workshop.
