We organise team building exercise for small and large organisation, you can choose from one of our classes or it can be personalised to suit your needs.
The classes are held during the week and on the week end as well.

This class will show just how easy and satisfying it is to make your own macaroons from scratch!
On arrival you will be offered a refreshment, and then given a short brief on safety and orientation.
The chef demonstrates the courses to be cooked, and answers any questions.
The students then usually break into pairs to prepare some of the dishes or parts of the meal (depending on time constraints) under the guidance of the chef.
When all is ready, the students sit down and eat at a large single set table.
The menu usually includes a range of delicious and natural macaroon flavours

This cooking class is a self contained introduction to everything that you want to know about getting started in Thai cooking.
You will see, touch, and select the fresh ingredients for the class. This is where the chef will tell you the specific details about Asian vegies and spices, how to identify them and how to get the most out of them.
Then the class examines the grocery items from a typical Asian Supermarket so you can find out where everything is and what it all means the next time you go shopping.
