Surrounded by the peaceful countryside, you’ll be welcomed like family and guided by a local expert, Nonna Concettina, who will share generations of authentic recipes and techniques.
During this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to prepare traditional fresh pasta shapes such as orecchiette, maccheroni, and sagne ‘ncannulate, using simple, high-quality local ingredients. You’ll also discover the secrets behind classic sauces, including rich tomato sauce with homemade passata and handcrafted meatballs.
As you cook, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere filled with stories, traditions, and a glass of local wine. The experience culminates in a convivial lunch where you’ll taste the dishes you’ve prepared together, embracing the true spirit of southern Italian hospitality.
