Day Spa Adelaide

Awaken Adelaide is a guided sunrise experience through the River Torrens parklands, designed to help guests begin the day with movement, breath and a grounded sense of place.

Led by a Beyond Wellness facilitator, the experience combines a mindful walk, breathwork and gentle stretching in one of Adelaide's most accessible green corridors.


The pace is welcoming and suitable for mixed groups, with no specialist fitness required. An optional Indian head massage can be included for guests seeking an added moment of ease.


The experience concludes with a seasonal light breakfast prepared by a local chef, giving the group time to connect before returning to the day ahead.
