In this small-group experience, a local host will welcome you into an authentic rural setting and guide you through the most enjoyable part of the preparation. The dough will already be ready and risen, so you can focus on stretching it, filling it with the classic tomato and mozzarella combination, and sealing it using the traditional technique.
While your panzerotto is fried and served hot, enjoy a tasting of Apulian specialties, including local olive oil, regional wine, baked goods such as focaccia, taralli, and friselle, and typical cheeses, including burrata, primosale, and aged varieties.
