When it comes to awesome racing action, our fantastic Yeovil Karting venue certainly delivers! With an epic 480m circuit at your disposal, you can expect a true test of your driving skills from the very first moment to the last - taking on a whole host of challenging hairpins, tight bends and sweeping straights on this awesome racetrack based at the Haynes Motor Museum. You'll be provided with a full safety briefing and instruction at the start of your experience. So, whether it's your first time on the circuit or your fiftieth, expect a truly immersive karting experience from the get go. Full equipment hire is provided throughout the session - all that's left is to push the pedal to the metal!

Helmets and race suits are provided for your karting experience. There are a great team of expert marshals on hand at all times to teach you how to get the best out of the karts and ensure your safety. The motor museum is also home to a range of facilities including toilets, parking and cafe.

GP Experience - 20 Minutes

A top class introduction to the invigorating world of karting! This fantastic practice session will let you showcase your karting credentials with 20 minutes of lap time aboard our specially adapted junior karts! You will be competing against the clock to knock seconds off your lap times and computerised lap-time print outs after the event will let you know how you've got on! Brilliant stuff!

During the winter months we only use petrol karts. Minimum age for these karts is 12 years and minimum height is 5ft. For electric karts the minimum height is 4ft 9 inches (145cm).

GP Experience - 30 Minutes

With 30 minutes of track time in a non-race format, you will competing against the clock to improve those lap times and become a karting master! Lap time printouts let you know how you've faired against the other drivers!

Grand Prix Elite

6 practice laps, 5 heats of 4 laps then 5 lap quarter finals followed by a 5 lap semi final for the top 10 drivers. The top 5 drivers from this will then race in an 8 lap showdown.

A truly challenging experience for those drivers determined to take first place! Take on the qualifier to determine your grid position for the 40 lap race, this is your chance to grab peak position in the starting line up. All drivers then go head to head, adapting their speed and skill to manoeuvre perfectly around the track in an aim to be the first to complete a full 40 laps!!
