Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) Surfers Paradise

Stand up Paddle lesson begins with a safety briefing and basic instruction followed by a
demo by instructor for a full visual of what to expect. Then we get you out on
the water to experience walking on water for the first time.
Our paddle boarding lessons are close to shore, flat water only and very easy to get the hang of. Whilst your instructor helps you along the way with balance tips she/he will coordinate the group to begin paddle technique training to ensure you are all the best paddlers by the end of the lesson. We have loads of fun on the water!
Our Instructors are Surfing Queensland accredited and our equipment is the best quality on the Gold Coast. Photos are taken during the lesson for us to share with you on social media.

Hire a top quality paddle board for 2 hours and explore the myriad of waterways through Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, & Southport. Our friendly instructor will go over the basics to get you up and paddling in no time, teaching you more about paddle technique and turning. Learn quicker this way and enjoy the art of paddling more.
We provide you with a paddle plan and let you know how long it should take you to paddle there and back. You can get started after a safety briefing and maybe a quick photo before you go explore!

Stop off on the beaches along the way for a swim or simply a rest and enjoy the best of the Gold Coast area. Perhaps spot a dolphin pod or a turtle among the abundance of marine life we have here in the river. Cruise to Macintosh Island & walk through the park and get up close and personal to the local birdlife.

Imagine paddling past the high rise hotels of Paradise one minute, and then cruising past the mangroves enjoying nature at its best! The Best of both worlds. Its an awesome feeling standing on your paddle board cruising with the dolphins & creating amazing photos for you to share later with friends & family. After a rest stop, next on the agenda is cruising past the mansions of Paradise Waters then under the bridge through to the peaceful mangroves of Macintosh Island Park where you will see an abundance of bird life, spot the family of peacock or perhaps a dolphin or 2.
The calm waters create ease of learning SUP (stand up paddle) and your instructor will be with you every step of the way. Whether you choose to meander along taking in the peace and tranquility or racing everyone and testing your paddle skills, you will enjoy SUP fully and want to do it again and again. Budds Beach is a friendly quiet place to take on this new activity, we have a café, playgrounds & amenities to make your visit more comfortable The dolphins visit us in the river quite often so keep an eye out for them frolicking in the shallows of the river at Budds Beach.

Take a calm & scenic paddle along the beautiful river in Surfers Paradise, passing mansions and mangroves, spotting marine life and birds, walking with peacocks and returning to the shoreline to watch sunset with refreshments & sushi plate.
The Twilight SUP tour includes a mini lesson, safety briefing, high quality SUP or Kayak equipment and fully guided tour. Please advise of preference on SUP Or Kayak prior to session.
Photos are taken during the tour and are available for purchase after the tour!

Learn all you can about paddling in a private lesson, whether you are a beginner or have paddled before. We can base the lesson on your capabilities and what level you are up to. Open to all beginners and intermediate paddlers.
1 hour lesson where you will learn the basics and a lot more about paddle technique, advanced turns and stances. You will learn more, see more & gain a lot more confidence on a Private Lesson. We can cater to your needs, its great for paddlers who want to gain confidence in a sound & safe environment.
