No prior paddleboarding or yoga experience is required. Beginners are welcome, and modifications are offered throughout the session. The focus is on enjoying the experience rather than perfect poses.

Please arrive 15 minutes early and meet your instructor at the Water's Edge Adventures kayak corral closest to the water at King's Bay Park. Parking is available at the park for a separate city fee. Please wear comfortable clothing that can get wet and bring water, sunglasses, and a towel.
